Her sincere appreciation of people, careful attention to detail and commitment to both personal and professional goals are what set Tiffani apart. Born and raised in Northern California, she moved to Utah in 1994. She appreciates the Salt Lake community and lovingly refers to Utah as “home.”

Upon arriving in Utah, Tiffani became a substitute teacher for the Granite School District. In pursuit of career goals, she found herself working in the grocery industry. As Training Director for Harmons grocery stores, she was able to implement programs and achieve company goals using her people and management skills. During her career at Harmons, she continued her education achieving OSHA Compliance Trainer status through San Diego State University and was involved in the Disney University program in Florida, California, and Utah. She was a guest speaker for the Utah Food Industry Association and a Training Advisor for the International Deli, Dairy, Bakery Association.

In order to spend more time with her growing children, Tiffani chose to leave the grocery industry. Wanting to be a part of the care and professionalism exemplified at Ramsey Group, she spent three years working behind the scenes in their office before becoming a REALTOR then continued there until the company was sold. Now at The Group Real Estate, a locally owned company invested in our community, Tiffani is excited to share her knowledge by helping clients find their place to call home.

Tiffani is married and has three children. She supports the Greater Avenues Community Council and other local charities including the Ronald McDonald House.
