Jennifer Gaskill

Jennifer Gaskill has called Salt Lake City “home” for most of her life.

After graduating from the University of Puget Sound with a BA in Business Marketing, she returned to Salt Lake with a renewed appreciation for the beauty of the city and its surrounding mountains.

Before becoming a Realtor, Jennifer built a strong foundation in corporate sales, giving her a deep understanding of everything the real estate process entails. She believes real estate is far more than sales—it’s about connection, empathy, organization, negotiation, and a commitment to delivering professional service that consistently exceeds expectations.

Jennifer began her real estate career in 1998 when she partnered with her mother, Sally Ware, in her successful practice. Together, they formed a dynamic team grounded in shared values, ethics, energy, and market expertise—providing clients with an exceptional experience from beginning to end. Jennifer thrives on building strong relationships and enjoys networking with fellow Realtors across the Wasatch Front.

Community involvement is a priority for Jennifer. She has participated in numerous fundraising efforts and has been an active member of the National Charity League and the Junior League of Salt Lake City.

Outside of real estate, Jennifer loves spending time with her husband, Bill, and their two children, Sam and Savannah. She enjoys entertaining, traveling, golfing, skiing, and hot air ballooning in her spare time.
