Jon Belgique

Jon Belgique brings a unique blend of corporate expertise and lifelong local knowledge to his real estate practice. Born and raised in Salt Lake City with deep roots in the Sugar House and Millcreek areas, Jon possesses an extensive, firsthand understanding of the city and its surrounding neighborhoods.

Before transitioning to real estate, Jon spent over 30 years honing his skills with an electronics manufacturer. He held diverse roles spanning sales, marketing, web design, customer relationship management, and project management. This dynamic background translates directly to real estate, giving his clients a competitive edge in marketing their properties and managing complex transactions. Jon’s passion for real estate was sparked years ago when he built his first home, and it continued to grow as he bought, sold, and built additional properties over the years.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Utah and a Master of Professional Communication degree from Westminster College, Jon believes that clear, open communication is the foundation of any successful endeavor. He excels at seeing the big picture while paying close attention to the details. Jon is highly responsive, goal-oriented, and dedicated to listening to his clients’ needs to help them achieve their real estate goals.

Outside of the office, Jon is a dedicated family man. He and his wife, Courtney, have been married since 2007 and share three amazing children. Whether they are skiing all winter, spending time at their cabin in the Wasatch Back, taking vacations to the beach, or hunkering down for family movie nights, they love spending time together. Jon’s personal passions also include reading, photography, riding motorcycles, and playing the drums.
