Karma began her real estate career in 1994 with her mother-in-law, Rhoda Ramsey and the Ramsey Group - a company who for 25 years was known and respected for its ethics and integrity. There she refined her real estate skills and consistently ranked as one of the company's top agents.

Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Karma managed an extensive retail and sales career. She was a sales manager with Nordstrom in Salt Lake City for eight years, before moving to San Francisco to implement the marketing plan for the opening the San Francisco Centre store in the late 1980's. While in the Bay Area, Karma was recruited by an international crystal company to represent their prestigious line. Upon returning to Salt Lake City, she worked as a Buyer for Salt Lake's premier jeweler, O.C. Tanner.

A native of Salt Lake City, Karma attended the University of Utah. Her sales career moved her around the country and gave her a personal respect for the task of relocating. Drawn back home to Salt Lake, she now has a deeper appreciation for the quality of life, change of seasons and beautiful landscape of the city and its surrounding areas. Karma, her husband Tom and daughter Kaitlin are active in the community with a special commitment to the advancement of the Arts in Utah.
