Cole McMullin was born and raised in Colorado and moved to Utah, where he attended Utah Valley University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a minor in Data Analytics. After graduation, he worked as an analytics expert for Utah-based software companies, gaining valuable experience in data-driven decision-making and client service.

Cole’s transition into real estate was inspired by his mother and mentor, Martha, a fellow Realtor at The Group Real Estate. Watching her guide clients through meaningful real estate experiences sparked his own desire to make a more personal and lasting impact in people’s lives. Eager to step out from behind the desk and into a more people-focused profession, Cole brings his analytical expertise, business background, and client-first mindset to every transaction.

A lover of the outdoors, Cole enjoys hiking, swimming, traveling, and attending concerts. Each summer, he looks forward to an annual family trip to Lake Powell. Cole and his wife are also proud dog parents to Nova, an energetic border collie/husky rescue who keeps them active.
